Mohammad Siraj & Umran Malik To Miss Duleep Trophy

Indian fast bowlers Mohammad Siraj & Umran Malik have been ruled out of the upcoming Duleep Trophy due to illness, both pacers won't be able to participate in the first round of the tournament, BCCI stated in a release.

Ravindra Jadeja, who recently retired from T20Is after the World Cup win was also released from the Team B squad, BCCI did not give any reasons for the same.

Navdeep Saini will replace Mohammad Siraj, whereas Gaurav Yadav will replace Umran Malik on team C.

The tournament is set to begin on September 5 and run till September 22. The Duleep Trophy features four teams A, B, C & D.
