English Fast-bowler Mark Wood has been ruled out of the remainder of the due to an elbow injury. Wood suffered this injury while playing the 2-match test series versus the touring West Indies team.
According to the English Cricket Board Wood was feeling stiffness in his right elbow, Wood played in the first test match against Sri Lanka at home, where he suffered a thigh injury and was not seen bowling for England in the 2nd innings.

Olly Stone played in the second test against Sri Lanka at Lord's replacing Mark Wood while Josh Hull made his debut in the third test at Oval. England will tour Pakistan to play 3 tests, then they jet off to New Zealand to play three more tests.
