The Royal Challengers Bengaluru created history as they won their first-ever IPL crown in 18 years, hence ending a long-standing curse. The world saw an emotional yet happy Virat Kohli for only the second time (the previous 2024 T20 World Cup win). But, here the limelight is on the wily all-rounder Krunal Pandya, who won his fourth IPL title.

Krunal Pandya made his IPL debut with the Mumbai Indians against the now-defunct Gujarat Lions in 2016. Pandya, made an impressive start to his IPL career as he smashed a breathtaking 86 in one of the games against the Delhi Daredevils now Capitals, to make an impression.

1. First IPL Title- 2017 (Mumbai Indians)

Krunal Pandya is one of the underrated players in IPL history; his records do go unnoticed, but the man from Baroda & the elder Pandya has the mettle in him to prove his critics wrong. Pandya played 17 games in IPL 2017, scoring 109 runs while he picked up 17 wickets. Pandya played a pivotal role in that grand final of 2017 against Rising Pune Supergiant, playing a crucial hand of 47 runs in 38 balls to help Mumbai reach 130 against the Rising Super Giant after being reduced to a low total at the halfway mark of their innings.

Pandya's knock with the bat helped Mumbai Indians to defend the low total against a star-studded Pune batting lineup to eventually record a one-run win.

2. 2nd IPL Title- 2019 (Mumbai Indians)

By 2019, Pandya had become an integral part of the lineup. Pandya played 16 matches in the 2019 season, scoring 183 runs at an average of 27. While in the bowling department he picked 12 wickets with 3 for 34 being his best performance. Pandya's all round show played a part in Mumbai Indians 4th IPL title.

3. 3rd IPL Title-2020 (Mumbai Indians)

IPL 2020 held at the UAE was a perfect campaign for the Mumbai-based franchise as the side eased through the challenges without much fuss. Krunal Pandya was once again a key figure in the middle order.

Pandya's notable performances against the other finalists, Delhi Capitals, in the four games played that year between the franchises once again proved his mettle. However, it was more of Pandya the batter that blossomed that season with 265 runs in 13 matches, while his bowling stocks dipped with just 6 wickets at an average of 7.57. Pandya's form in the middle order helped MI defend their title.

4. 4th IPL Title- 2025 (Royal Challengers Bengaluru)

Krunal found a new lease of life after joining forces with RCB in IPL 2025. After going through a lean run at the Lucknow Super Giants, the writing on the wall looked likely for the senior Pandya. Krunal Pandya found his mojo once again after linking up with RCB. Pandya played 15 matches for the Royal Challengers & had his best season in the history of the IPL with 109 runs with a highest score of 73, while the left tweaker picked up 17 scalps.

Pandya won the player of the match three times in the season, including the finals where Pandya picked up 2 wickets for 16 runs in his quota of 4 overs to help RCB win their first ever title.
